I love writing.
Birthdays are always the best excuse to write letters to loved ones to put in writing that which we sometimes struggle to say in words.
When I was in high school my friends and I used to write letters to each other in class to exchange during our break.
Writing is such an easy, yet special way of expressing your feelings.
It was a rainy Sunday morning in a coffee shop in Cape Town, in conversation with Alex, that I realised that it is time to start writing again to express my feelings and ideas.
I live my life by the words "You get what you settle for", and this can be applied to so many areas of life.
Never settling for anything but your best.
Learning to settle in to your environment.
Settling down.
It is settled.
With this blog I want to put my thoughts in to words and maybe it means something to one person; even if that person is myself.
